Garrison Wynn – Creating a Diverse Culture that Drives Performance
Having a culture that includes and supports all people is more than just a moral obligation. It is a critical and commonly overlooked ingredient for success. An alloy is stronger and has more applications than something made of just one material, and research shows the same is true for high-performance teams. This entertaining session (heavily supported by research from Gallup, MIT and Rutgers) shows that tolerance leads to awareness and understanding that creates long-term value. From attracting top young talent with a culture they'll support to fostering the diversity of thought that is the foundation of creativity, this high-energy program will be a great kickoff keynote.

Al Bates – Improving Your Bottom Line
The “Improving the Bottom Line” session will demonstrate how to improve your financial results – not just a little, but a lot. The program emphasizes two essential concepts: “Planning Profits First” and “Setting Profit Priorities.” The first of these topics will focus on treating profit as the first element of the plan that should be developed each year. In most cases profits are simply viewed as what is left over after everything else has been covered. As a result, profits are never adequate. With a profit-first approach, all of the other elements of the planning process will revolve around reaching that profit goal.

Some are saying these disruptive technologies are about to change everything, pointing to new products and improved efficiency, decision making and safety. Others are concerned about costly infrastructure, security risks and code changes. We’ll define these technologies and discuss the opportunities and risks they present.
